Who we are

The Minimal Creative Agency Pty Ltd is an Australian company, referred to here as TMCA, we or us. This notice covers personal information handled through our website and enquiry process. It does not replace any separate privacy arrangements agreed for client advertising accounts.

Information you give us

When you use our enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, message and consent record. You can also provide a phone number and website address. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in your message.

We use these details to assess your enquiry, respond to you and manage relevant follow-up. Our private enquiry records can include correspondence notes, enquiry status, follow-up dates and outcomes. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Technical and campaign information

Each enquiry records its submission time and the website page it came from. The website uses a protected identifier derived from the visitor's network address to limit repeated submissions. Hosting providers may also process network addresses, browser information, request URLs and security logs to deliver and protect the service.

If you select the separate, optional campaign-information checkbox, your enquiry also includes available campaign tags, advertising click identifiers and the referring page. This helps us understand how you found TMCA. Leaving it unchecked does not stop you sending an enquiry. The form does not send these details to Google or Meta.

Cookies and external links

The website currently has no advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts. The editor uses a necessary sign-in cookie for authorised administrators. Infrastructure providers may use security technologies to protect the website.

Following a LinkedIn link takes you to that provider's website and privacy arrangements. A booking link, if enabled, opens the booking provider only when you choose it; no calendar is embedded in this website.

Storage and service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel and uses Supabase for enquiry storage, website content, image storage and administrator authentication. The primary database region is Sydney, Australia.

An Australian database region does not mean every part of the service operates only in Australia. Hosting, support, security processing and provider subprocessors may involve overseas locations, including the United States and Singapore. See Vercel's privacy notice and Supabase's privacy policy for provider information.

Access to enquiry records is restricted to the authorised administrator through the website's server. Records can also be exported for business administration. Enquiry notification and confirmation emails are currently switched off. This policy will need updating if new providers or marketing tools are connected.

Keeping and deleting information

Enquiry records do not expire automatically. Retention and deletion are managed manually, including any exported copies. We keep information for responding to enquiries, relevant follow-up, ongoing client matters and applicable record-keeping obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, it should be deleted or de-identified. Provider backups may retain copies until their normal retention periods end.

You can ask for information to be deleted, subject to any records we need to retain for legal obligations or an ongoing matter. No online system can promise absolute security.

Your information and privacy concerns

To request access, a correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern, use our enquiry form and include "Privacy request" in your message. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing records. We will consider the request, investigate any complaint and explain our response and any applicable limits.

If a concern remains unresolved, you can seek guidance from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. The rights and complaint processes available depend on the laws that apply to your circumstances.
